The superintendent, as the chief executive officer of the division, works with central office administrators to facilitate and support the instruction of students by ensuring that all available resources are directed into the classroom.
Spotsylvania County Schools serves over 24,100 students in PK-12 in 31 schools: five high schools, seven middle schools, seventeen elementary schools, one career and technical center, and John J. Wright Educational and Cultural Center.
