- Where can I get a copy of my W-2?
- You may print a copy of the 2007, 2008, and 2009 W-2's from Employee Self Serve. If you need an earlier W-2, please contact the payroll office.
- How can I have more taxes deducted from my paycheck?
- Complete a new W-4 form - a blank form can be printed from Employee Self Serve. On this form, you can select to have more withholding deducted from your pay by selecting 0 dependents and/or changing your filing status to single, even if you are married. You can also opt for a set dollar amount to be deducted, which would be in addition to the normal tax deduction. If you want less withholding deducted from your paycheck you can increase the number of your dependents as appropriate.
- What are the cut-off dates for leave?
- Unless there is a holiday in which the School Board has mandated an early pay, your leave is tracked from the 16th of each month thru the 15th of the next month (except for those employees on long-term leave.)
