The Vehicle Transfer Form is to be used when transferring a vehicle between departments.  Please make sure all areas of this form are complete before submitting to DFS; if the form is not properly filled out, the transfer cannot be completed.

The New Vehicle Information Form is to be used when acquiring a new vehicle.  Please make sure to complete all parts of the form before submitting to DFS.
