All Kindergarten students and students new to Spotsylvania County MUST have the registration forms on file prior to starting school. Click on the link below to see the required registration forms.

* ALL kindergarten students are required by law to have a physical within 365 days of the start of school. Therefore their physical must be dated August 24, 2009 or later and given to the nurse before Aug. 24, 2010 before they can start school. Please contact Ms. Shelton, the school nurse, if you have any questions. *
