Tips for completing an online application:

• Gather your materials.  While you can always go back and update an application, it is easier if you have everything you need in front of you before you begin.  Some of the information requested in the application is previous work experience, education, etc.
• Create a login ID and password for the application tracking system.  Make sure to write down your login ID, password, and the PID# you will be assigned.  The login ID and password is what you will use to get back into your application for updates.
• Complete the online application.  If you find you don't have all of the information you need to finish it, you can log out and log back in once you have gathered the information you need.  Please make sure to complete and submit your application within 48 hours of starting or all information will be lost.
• Download and print the reference forms (3 copies) and send them to the people you listed as references.  Be sure to write your PID# on the reference forms.
• If you have already completed an online application and want to apply for a specific job posting, go to your online application and the section titled "Employment Preferences."  Click on "continue' to go to the second page in Employment Preferences.  You will see "List positions you are applying for."  Click the "Add Position" button to add a new position.  Then select the job posting from the list for the specific job for which you are applying.  Repeat the "Add Position" step to apply for additional job postings.
• Please include your PID # on all documentation submitted to the Human Resources Department.
