If you have already applied online with Spotsylvania County Schools but wish to update your application or apply to a posted position, you may log in and do so using your current username and password. It is not necessary to create a new application for every job posting or job type for which you wish to apply. All candidates are encouraged to review and update their application. Applications are active for one year. Your application is not complete until you agree to the terms on the Applicant Acknowledgement of Terms page.

Tips for completing an online application: Gather your materials. While you can always go back and update an application, it is easier if you have everything you need in front of you before you begin. Some of the information requested in the application is previous work experience, education, etc. Create a login ID and password for the application tracking system. Make sure to write down your login ID, password, and the PID# you will be assigned. The login ID and password is what you will use to get back into your application for updates. Complete the online application. If you find you don't have all of the information you need to finish it, you can log out and log back in once you have gathered the information you need. Download and print the reference forms (3 copies) and send them to the people you listed as references. Be sure to write your PID# on the reference forms.
