New Employee Orientation

Orientations are done by appointment only. Once you have been recommended for a position and approved by the School Board, you may complete the online orientation by clicking on the link below. All required documentation must be completed and brought to the Human Resouces Office. Please call 540-834-2500 ext. 1500 for an appointment.

PLEASE NOTE:

We are updating the online orientation site. There are changes in our health care program to begin October 1, 2010. As we begin the transition, ALL EMPLOYEES - new and returning, will be completing the new health insurance enrollment form at their school or site between August 18 and August 25. Those who do not wish to participate in our division plan will complete a waiver of coverage form. Slides 23-28 currently do not apply, and the associated forms and AFLAC information should be skipped at this time.

Substitute Teacher orientations are held throughout the school year. Once you have been School Board approved you will receive an email, sent to the email provided on your application, regarding your orientation time and date.

Replacement Badges

Replacement badges with new pictures can be made any Thursday from 2:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. If you just need a new badge with the same picture you can email Teresa McDonnel or call 540-834-2500, ext. 1500 to request one. Badge pictures must be updated every five (5) years.
