Use the Individual Activity form located in the left navigation bar on MyLearningPlan to request approval from your principal for your individual professional development and/or recertification activities.
Upon completion of the activity:
Log in at www.mylearningplan.com
Click on the title of the activity
Click "Mark Complete." The form is routed to the building principal for final approval.
If Mark Complete is unavailable, you may need to complete a "follow-up reflection" after you have had a chance to implement your learning with your students and prior to finalizing your participation.
Comments (In addition to any comments you may have, please indicate what VERIFICATION you have to document you completed this activity, such as a certificate on file. Your principal may ask to see this verification prior to finalizing the activity.)
