**Classes visit our library once a week. During class visits students read, listen, talk and write. In addition, our library is open every school day for students to check out and return books.
**Kindergarten students borrow one book at a time. All other students borrow two books at a time and may also choose to check out a magazine.
**Library materials are due one week from the date of checkout but can be renewed as needed. Overdue notices are sent every few weeks as a reminder to students to return or renew their materials.
**Students may put popular titles on hold in order to get a turn to read them.
**Students are asked to pay for lost or damaged library books. We hope each child will honor their responsibility as a borrower.
