What's Happening at SMS!! Feb. 13-16- Yearbooks on sale during homeroom. Cost is $25.00 Congratulations to Molly Mansfield (8th), the 2012 Spotsylvania County Spelling Bee Champion!!! Molly advances to the Free Lance Star Regional Spelling Bee as a Spotsylvania County representative. Abdel Hamid Shehata (6^th) finished 6^th overall! Way to go, Bulldogs! Congratulations to our wrestling team for their Spotsylvania County MS Championship and also congrats to our boys' basketball team for their second place finish in the county basketball tournament! Box Tops for Education SMS is collecting box tops for education! Please save your box tops and send them in with your child. Click HERE for a list. Technology Outreach for Southern Spotsylvania The Technology Outreach for Southern Spotsylvania is a new program designed with community members living in the southern region of Spotsylvania County in mind. Sessions will be scheduled on a monthly basis. The first hour of each session will consist of a free technology training followed by an “Open Lab” period during which participants will have access to our high-speed internet connection and technology help for individual questions. All training and Open Lab assistance will be provided by Spotsylvania County Instructional Technology Resource Teachers (ITRTs).
